In the June 2019 issue of Inc. magazine, Strivr is named one of the Best Workplaces for 2019. We are proud of this honor and certainly agree. This is Inc’s fourth annual workplace ranking in the private company sector, a result of a comprehensive vetting process. Inc. gathered data on more than 2,000 companies and singled out 346 finalists, basing the ranking on factors such as trust, management effectiveness, perks and confidence in the future — assessed via an employee survey conducted by Omaha’s Quantum Workplace.
Inc. says that the strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work — companies leading the way in employee recognition, performance management and diversity. “With today’s tight labor market, building a great corporate culture is more important than ever,” says Inc. magazine editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from.”
“We take pride in our passion for innovation and use that energy to fuel our work at Strivr,” says Michael Manuccia, Chief Operating Officer, Strivr. “Our culture thrives on teamwork, grit, transparency and impact. We’re changing the world of work. It’s an exciting time to join the team.”
At Strivr, our mission is to help organizations transform the way they train and develop their people through immersive experiences. And have fun while doing it. Investing in our own talent, and helping our customers do the same is part of our culture — and ultimately translates into more engaged, confident, and productive teams.
