Our purpose

Frontline teams often lack the real-time support they need to execute work consistently. Training is forgotten, SOPs fall out of date, institutional knowledge disappears, and small mistakes become costly.

Strivr brings AI into the flow of work — transforming real-world expertise into intelligent, hands-free, real-time detection and guidance.

The result: fewer mistakes, faster ramp, and more consistent, mistake-free execution at the point of work. 

Our story

Strivr was founded in 2015 out of Stanford University’s Virtual Human Interaction Lab, where then–graduate student and football coach Derek Belch set out to prove that VR could improve performance. It did — leading Strivr to bring immersive learning to the enterprise, partnering with companies like Walmart, Bank of America, and Verizon to scale workforce readiness.

As we worked with leading organizations, one thing became clear: training alone isn’t enough. The real opportunity isn’t preparing people for work, but supporting them while it’s happening. That realization led to Frontline Intelligence — an AI-native, hands-free intelligence layer that detects issues and guides correction in real time.

Today, Strivr is redefining how work gets done — bringing intelligence into the flow of work to enable mistake-free execution at scale.
