Q: What happens when my 30-day trial ends?

After your 30-day trial ends, your account will transition to view-only mode. You will lose the ability to capture, create, or upload new content, edit, modify, or update existing content, and move, reorganize, or delete existing content. To retain access to the full suite of WorkWise features, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during or after your 30-day trial period.

Q: Do I need an Apple Vision Pro to use WorkWise?

While Apple Vision Pro is recommended for first-person spatial video capture, WorkWise can be used on any video-enabled device.

Can other people on my team get access to WorkWise?

Yes! Once you receive access to your WorkWise account and login credentials, your WorkWise Library will be active for 30 days.

Once you login, you can navigate to the 'Manage users' page, and invite as many people as you'd like to join your WorkWise Library for the duration of your 30-day trial period.

What happens when my 30-day trial ends?

Once your trial period ends, your WorkWise Library will be downgraded to view-only mode. You and any invited team members can still login and view your WorkWise content, but you will lose the ability to:

Capture, create, or upload new content
Edit, modify, or update existing content
Move, reorganize, or delete existing content

To retain access to the full suite of WorkWise features, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during or after your 30-day trial period.

Do I need an Apple Vision Pro to use WorkWise?

We recommend using the Apple Vision Pro to record procedures because it enables hands-free, first-person video capture, but you can use any video-enabled device to record and upload videos to WorkWise.

WorkWise is a browser-based platform that can be used and accessed from any device that's connected to the internet, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
