The Excellence in Technology Awards were judged by an international panel of industry experts based on the value to businesses, technological innovation, unique differentiators, technical functionality and measurable results. There were nearly 75 unique categories in the 2021 Excellence in Technology Awards across six program areas: Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Sales Enablement and Future of Work. Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were bestowed based on numeric scores.

Strivr’s Immersive Learning platform is an all-in-one software that delivers enterprise VR training. It consists of three major components:

  • Content and device management
  • In-headset software
  • Analytics and insights portal

Together, these components help companies overcome some of the biggest obstacles they encounter when they adopt and implement VR training. Brandon Hall group recognized that dozens of enterprises, including Walmart, Sprouts, and Verizon have successfully deployed Strivr’s technology at scale and measured the impact of VR training on their people and businesses. The impact of Strivr’s VR training was felt especially at Walmart, where associates that used Strivr VR training reported 30% higher employee satisfaction, scored higher on tests 70% of the time, and logged a 10 to 15% higher rate of knowledge retention than those trained in person.
