Over the Thanksgiving holiday week, two notable publications featured stories about STRIVR.
The New York Times featured STRIVR in a piece titled “Virtual Reality Companies Are Changing How Athletes See Practice”. The article talks about all the ways athletic programs use VR for extra practice and why players are seeing so much value. “It’s decreasing your reaction time and making you that much better on the field,” says the director of video for Vanderbilt’s football program.
The MIT Technology Review wrote an article titled “Finally a Useful Application for VR: Training Employees”. In this piece, the author dives into why organizations from Fortune 500 companies to professional sports teams are using STRIVR technology. Useful situations for training include operational processes, customer service, and training that is usually dangerous or expensive to do.
